What is Bamboo Bodies? (and is it right for me?)

Introducing a brain-based movement class that integrates Chinese Medicine for longevity and balance.

Bamboo Bodies provides seasonal medical Qigong exercises each quarter, designed to enhance immune function, soothe the nervous system, and optimize brain performance, ultimately improving digestion, sleep, and mood.

Alongside learning movements rooted in Chinese Medicine, our Bamboo Bodies membership includes brain-based training videos that focus on injury prevention, building strength, and achieving the ability to balance like a crane.

This membership not only serves as a movement practice to alleviate aches and pains but also fosters a supportive community of individuals who view aging as an opportunity for growth.

How does this program work?

Our goal is to teach you how to bring movement into a daily practice, the easy way!!

All our classes are on-demand, so you can train at your own convenience.
Every week there is a new ‘focus’ as we train the vision, balance, pelvic floor, feet, shoulders, low back, and more.

From head to toe you’ll be given the opportunity to learn simple brain-based exercises that will make you move with more confidence & ability.

Who teaches the BB Membership classes??

Hey there 👋

I’m Angi McClure a neuro-based movement instructor and functional Chinese Medicine coach.

If you’re ready to get your mind blown and are motivated to learn how your brain & body works… then you are in the right place. 

When you join , I will be your coach in every aspect.

My role is to guide you through the latest insights in brain science, helping you enhance your movement and alleviate pain.

I will introduce you to the ancient practice of Qigong, allowing you to learn how to heal and revitalize your body for a more energetic and balanced life.

As your trainer, I will address your frustrations regarding unproductive habits and apply behavioral science to support you in achieving your goals and cultivating healthy routines.
