A movement method based around Qigong exercises backed and supported by neuroscience. Harmonize your movement with seasonal Qi as you learn breathing exercises, mobility drills & cognitive training. Focus on brain exercises to help with balance, bone health, memory, agility & strength.

Once you subscribe for the Membership, you’ll get a welcome email that gives you access to your new private account.
You’ll have immediate access to the Seasonal Education Center & you’ll receive the Bamboo Bodies neuro-warm-up to practice until the course begins.

You are training energetically & as simple as Qigong is on the body, you are connecting to the specific season in each course.
Ideally, you want to keep within the season - train with the Spring Bamboo Bodies Course during the Spring season, etc.

You’re a busy person, that’s understandable. And this is probably why you were interested in an online program - so you could move at your own pace.
Every week, you’ll receive an email for new content. If you miss a week, no worries; just start on the most current week. (Just as you would in a live group fit class).

If you need to cancel your membership, that’s okay! You can cancel any time before your monthly subscription renewal through the membership website or app.
Once you cancel your membership, your account is closed, and content is no longer accessible.

Note: You do have the option of joining the BAMBOO BODIES CONTINUUM - members who have been through a full season & no longer want new content are offered an option to keep their current completed courses with access to Qi Chat coaching via Zoom every week.
