COURSE OUTLINE

MODULE 1 | BREATHE TO HEAL

LIVE LECTURE: October 28th

Understanding the nervous system and breath work. Lessen inflammation by tapping into the Vagus Nerve to sleep better, think clearer, heal faster & lessen pain. Explore Qigong exercises that strengthen your immune system.

 

MODULE 2 | BREATHE INTO YOUR GUT

LIVE LECTURE: November 4th

Your digestion affects your breathing, just as your respiratory function will affect your digestion. As the gut and the lungs experience stagnation, so will the rest of your body. Develop the skills to cook for gut and lung health while creating a dining routine that will prepare your body for healthy digestion.

 

MODULE 3 | BREATHE TO MOVE

LIVE LECTURE: November 11th

How you move will reflect how well you breathe. Take the time to extend your breath training into more complex drills that are scientifically proven to enhance your vision, balance and mobility. Better Breathing = Better Movement.

 

MODULE 4 | BREATHE IN NEW HABITS

LIVE LECTURE: November 18th

What makes the greatest change is how you apply this knowledge. Motivation will only see you so far. Learn the tips and trick from behavioral psychology to build new, lasting habits that will improve your health, your mood and how you age!
